3. WHO IS COLLECTING INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
Some Forever Free services are offered in conjunction with affiliate entities including both nonprofit and for profit entities. Your personal information may also be collected by the affiliate company. Any personal information collected by an affiliate company will be subject to their Privacy Policy. If you do not want your personal information to be collected by an affiliate company, do not use any services provided by that company.
Promotions that run on Forever Free may be sponsored by companies other than Forever Free or may be co-sponsored by Forever Free and another company. All data collected during a promotion will be made on the sponsor’s website. If you don’t want to provide your data to a company that sponsors a promotion or contest, do not participate in the promotion or contest.
Forever Free affiliates that have links on our website may collect personal information about you, which we do not have access to or control. The information practices of those websites linked to Forever Free are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

4. TO WHOM WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
Forever Free will NOT disclose any of your personal information except when we have your permission, or under special circumstances such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or under the circumstances described below.
Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: Some Forever Free services are offered in conjunction with an affiliate company. In some cases, these affiliate companies may refer users to Forever Free. In other cases, we provide services to or sell products jointly with these affiliate companies.
Agents: Other companies and individuals are occasionally employed to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include: programming assistance, website management, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance. These other companies may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Promotional Offers: When we send offers to Forever Free subscribers on behalf of other businesses we do not give them your name and address.
Sponsors: Many promotions request additional information from sponsors. Such information will only be collected on the sponsor’s website(s).
Products Purchased from Merchants: We do not sell any products or services on our website. If you purchase a product or service from a merchant linked to on our website you will be subject to the merchant’s privacy and data collection policies. Forever Free has no responsibility or liability for the privacy and data collection practices of independent merchants. For more information regarding a merchant, it’s website and privacy policies, return to that merchant’s home page and click on it’s privacy policy.
Third Party Data and Data in the Aggregate: Forever Free may disclose aggregated user statistics (for example, “45% of our users are male”) to describe our services to prospective affiliates, advertisers and third parties, and for other lawful purposes.
Other: Forever Free may also disclose user account and personal information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating Forever Free’s User Agreement or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Forever Free’s rights or property, other Forever Free users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Forever Free may disclose or access account information and your personal information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.

5. REGARDING THE COLLECTION, USE, AND DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Occasionally we may send you emails about products and services that we feel may
be of interest to you. Only Forever Free (or agents working on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these direct mailings.
In certain Forever Free promotions we use your email address to update you on your score, entries, and status in prize drawings. When you participate in these types of promotions, you automatically receive promotion-related email. Occasionally these promotion-related email messages might include targeted advertisements.
You also have choices with respect to cookies. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, be notified when a cookie is set, or reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies you will be unable to use those Forever Free services that require registration to participate. See section 7 for more information.

6. CREDIT CARDS
Forever Free does not collect any credit card information.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, Forever Free cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security.
Real time authorization, capture and execution of credit card purchases are performed over the Internet via PayPal. PayPal will verify your credit card information prior to completing a transaction. Forever Free does not have any access to your credit card information or account.

7. WHAT ARE "COOKIES" AND HOW THEY ARE USED
Forever Free uses cookies to store and track information related to you. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from our web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Whenever you log-in, our server requires that your computer accept cookies. We use cookies to:
